About the holdings data

Holdings come from Form 13F filings with the SEC. These filings are backward-looking by design: managers have up to 45 days after the end of a quarter to report, and the positions shown may have changed substantially since the reporting date. Form 13F also covers only certain U.S.-listed securities, so a manager’s reported holdings are not their complete portfolio.

Accuracy and availability

Data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no guarantee that the site will be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

Acceptable use
