Insiders and the dividend

From the end of July to early October, Visa insiders sold $35.5 million of stock and none bought. $27.6 million was not marked as made under a 10b5-1 plan, led by vice chair Kelly Mahon Tullier ($20.9 million, on the form on which she also exercised options) and technology president Rajat Taneja ($6.7 million); chief executive Ryan McInerney sold $6.5 million under a plan. The quarterly dividend rose from $0.59 to $0.67 (+13.6%) in November 2025, and by our count the annual total has risen 16 years in a row. Daily data is on the Visa page. Not investment advice.
