It serves smart technologies, virtual and augmented realities, industrial solutions, and intelligent security systems sectors. The company was formerly known as Diversified American Holding, Inc. and changed its name to Cemtrex, Inc. in December 2004. Cemtrex, Inc. was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York.
