The company was formerly known as Aptorum Group Limited and changed its name to Niki BioSolutions, Inc. in July 2026. Niki BioSolutions, Inc. was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. Niki BioSolutions, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Jurchen Investment Corporation.
