Dividend streaks
Companies that raised their dividend every year, counted from the payments themselves rather than copied from anyone. The yield tells you what the stock pays today; the growth rate tells you what that payment has been doing. A 6% yield growing 1% a year and a 2% yield growing 12% are opposite bets, and a table that shows only the yield hides exactly that.
